This plan is designed to guide you through your first few months with our brokerage and set you up for long-term success. Here's what you can expect:
Week 1: Get Acclimated
During your first week, we want you to get acclimated to our brokerage and the tools we use. You'll meet with our administrative support team and learn how to access and use our systems, including marketing materials, and transaction management software.
Week 2-4: Build Your Network
The second and third weeks will be focused on building your network. You'll attend our team meetings, introduce yourself to your colleagues, and start to build relationships with referral partners in the community.
Week 5-8: Marketing and Prospecting
During weeks five through eight, you'll focus on marketing and prospecting. You'll review our marketing materials, including our website and social media channels, and learn how to create compelling content that resonates with your target audience. You'll also identify your ideal client and start prospecting for new business.
Week 9-12: Training and Education
Finally, during weeks nine through twelve, you'll participate in our training and education programs. We offer ongoing training and education to help you stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry. You'll have the opportunity to attend live training sessions and webinars, and participate in our online learning platform.
