• Affordability – Rent commitments tied to median renter income (10–25% new builds; 40–80% existing properties)

• Energy Efficiency – Achieve 15–40% improvements over baseline performance

• Accessibility – Ensure units are visitable, barrier-free, and meet CSA or Rick Hansen Foundation standards

Earn a minimum of 50 points to qualify, with enhanced benefits unlocked at 70 and 100 points.
