The Agent Courier Program at TFN Realty is designed to simplify and reduce the cost of courier services for agents, offering a streamlined, flat-rate solution for all transaction-related deliveries across Ontario. This program ensures reliable service while helping agents save on everyday transaction expenses.
TFN Realty has partnered with our courier provider to offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $14.99 + HST for all eligible courier requests across Ontario.
This replaces the previous structure of:
• $15.50 + HST (overnight fee)
• $25.00 + HST (admin fee)
The flat rate applies to all transaction-related courier services, including:
• Brokerage → Client deliveries
• Commission cheque pick-up/drop-off at TFN
• Lawyer → Lawyer deliveries
• Lawyer → Brokerage deliveries
• Any other transaction-related document deliveries
• Envelopes only (no packages)
• Overnight service only (no same-day delivery)
• 2–3 business days’ notice required
• All requests must be submitted through the online courier request form
