The Bank Referral Program at TFN Realty allows TFN agents to collaborate with leading banks for mortgage referrals, providing a structured payout for successful referrals. The program is designed to reward agents while ensuring compliance with bank agreements and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.

Program Overview

The TFN Realty Bank Referral Program includes partnerships with the following banks:

  1. Bank of Montreal (BMO)
  2. Royal Bank of Canada (RBC)
  3. National Bank of Canada (National)

Agents are encouraged to refer clients seeking mortgage financing to our partnered banks, per the terms outlined for each program.

1. Bank of Montreal (BMO) – Agent Program

  • Total Payout: 0.05%of the mortgage amount (paid by BMO) plus HST. Payout is subject to the agent/company transaction split and any applicable fees.

General Guidelines for Agents

  1. Referrals:
    Agents are encouraged to refer clients to the partnered banks. Ensure clients are fully informed of their mortgage options, and complete the necessary referral forms for the chosen bank.

  2. Payout Structure:
    Each bank's payout structure varies. Agents will receive a percentage of the mortgage value, as outlined in the program details above, subject to applicable taxes and company splits.
